Keep reminding yourself of your achievements 

We all have something we are proud of. Something which gives us a feeling of being over the top. Keep that thing near and let your power achieve something bigger something better 

The more you use your power in the right way the more you will feel confident and better.

If you don't know or if you think that you don't have anything you can be proud of. THINK AGAIN. or if you can't figure it out; let your loved one help you telling you we are good at it because no one is useless on this earth. We all are different so do our interest and our achievements 

Always think about things you love doing 

The more you accept yourself the more confident you will feel about yourself. Try to explore more about your interest and go with the flow of your heart. The more you are willing to accept your heart the more it will give you courage and confidence to make you feel good about your life and your choices 

If you think about playing soccer just under peer pressure it will differently go to make you question yourself and will lower your confidence level for the long term. On the other hand, if you like staying home and reading and your choose to do so it will let your inner self calm and help you to build a happy relation of love and confidence with yourself which can always let you push up in every situation because at that time you know you are no alone you have yourself

Set goals for yourself 

If you think you haven't achieved anything or you don't have anything to be proud of. IT'S OKAY. Built your goals and achieve them with all your blood and sweat. Is okay if the goals you are setting are small. The thing which matter is how big is your steps are to achieve that goal. 

Keep resetting the goals and keep the check on how far you get and how much you are developing step by step 

And then no one can let you feel low and the level of confidence that small steps gonna give you are unbeatable and will give you all the respect you deserve 

Cheer yourself frequently 

Just setting goals or achieving things are not going to help you to develop confidence in a day. You have to cherish yourself, make yourself feel like you deserve all the things you have ever achieve or want to achieve 

You have to remind yourself why and what you deserve and what you been through to get to that level you are at 

If you accept your struggle with open arms it will shower you with all the love and confidence you ever need 

Engage in some hobbies 

You can't be confident about yourself just by reading what to do, how to do or by thinking about what you can do or can achieve 

Like goals are important for one's growth. Hobby or willingness to do  things is also important 

You can achieve the whole world but if you don't have willingness or love towards what you are doing, it all ended you on the drain 

Develop a hobby that can make you feel alive and happy in this goal to goal life 

Stop comparing yourself to others 

She got the highest marks or He made more goal than me. I am not capable to do anything as they can 

Stop all these thoughts and even if you ever encounter this kind of situation in which someone is comparing you to others let them know you are other one are two different people who have two different mindset 

Compare to yourself and push yourself to achieve more because you never know what the other is going through to achieve their goals and what their goals are 

Be confident in comparing about your growth and let other's grow in their way 

Everyone is different and you are no some scale to be measured other's growth 

Take good care of your body 

A healthy body can help you to go through everything and can make you feel go and confident 

As we all know its the time where everyone loves outer self more than inner so if you keep it fit it to gain attention and praise which is also helpful in gaining confident 

 If you focus on your body and keep healthy and fit it will give you good vibes to your inner self and will also help in the growth of your self-awareness and love towards you 

Seek positive support 

Asking for support is not a shameful thing. And asking for some positivity is going to help the other to grow and feel good 

Let yourself be surrounded by people who talk about happy and positive things rather than gossips and spread hate 

The more you feed your mind with positivity the more it will feel good and help to grow higher in your life will a confident and positive mindset
